Where Middle Market M&A Dealmakers Meet

Founded in 1997 by Burt Alimansky, the Capital Roundtable has been a prominent forum that brings together about 150 leaders of the middle-market mergers & buyouts community. Professionals involved with middle-market corporate mergers, buyouts, restructurings, LBOs, consolidations, recapitalizations, divestitures, and roll-ups meet to develop business, share ideas, build relationships and hear top industry leaders speak on current issues.

Capital Roundtable attracts about 150 commercial lenders, merchant and investment bankers, private equity and mezzanine investors, due diligence specialists, as well as attorneys, accountants and advisors.

When & Where

The Capital Roundtable meets over breakfast, usually in the Great Hall of the New York City Bar Association, at 42 West 44 Street, (near Grand Central Station), in midtown Manhattan.
